The City of Akron recently passed legislation to raise the minimum legal age to purchase tobacco products to 21.

Please note that all tobacco retailers in the City of Akron will receive a letter with more information on the week of May 21st, 2018.

The new ordinance will go into effect October 1st, 2018.
