When contacting our office, please be prepared provide the following information:

1. Name & Address where you believe the air quality issue originates.
2. Your name & contact information should we need to ask you some more questions in our investigation. (Not required, but helpful.)
3. When the air quality issue has most recently occurred, or when our inspector would be most likely to observe the issue.
4. Detailed description of the situation you are experiencing.
