Our goal is to make it easy for residents of Summit County to pay for their septic operation permit quickly and securely online.

E-Pay is Easy!
- Locate the septic operation permit you received in the mail, and find the permit number in the top right corner of the document.
- Once on the E-Pay portal, select “Household Septic” from the “Select a Permit Type” drop-down menu.
- Type the permit number into the search field and click the “Search Button.”
- Verify that the search result details of Parcel ID and Parcel Address match the operation permit.
- In Payment Link column, click on the "Click Here" button to be redirected to our third-party, secure payment processing page.
- *Please note when using a credit card, there is a service fee of $3.00 for each transaction.
- Follow the prompts to enter your payment information and complete your transaction.
- Once your payment has been processed, you will have multiple options to print/receive your receipt.
